Community & Partnership
Life is about authentic relationships. The relationship we have with ourselves and with others. Through this we can create & develop partnerships and serve our community.
This page is dedicated to all those partnerships, community ventures and the people I recommend. I also want to acknowledge anyone whom continues to support my work and vision. I have also named those whom are currently funding group sessions or creative workshops.

I have been very fortunate to work or come into contact with many gifted people, they have boundless knowledge and such integrity. I can thoroughly recommend:
Having graduated from Middlesex University with me, Paola went on to continue exploring her passions of release technique and Pilates.
We went on to work together offering a complete package for health & well-being under the umbrella BodyPod. After dissolving the name we still went on to work in our respectable fields and pass clients on to each other.
Paola currently works in a pilates studio in North London.
