The Conscious Food Program is designed to give you the building blocks to make healthier food choices in 4 simple steps
Identify
Identify your current habits, patterns, emotional behaviours and relationship with food.
You will have a thorough consultation, complete habits and food/mood diaries. Throughout the program you will continue to keep logs and take pictures of food/drinks consumed for accountability. This stage is important to identify the past and now, only when we know what went before can we begin making changes going forwards.
Assess & Plan
Diaries analysed assessing how the things we highlighted in stage 1 are playing out.
You will be given weekly tasks and set your own realistic goals on making behavioural food choice changes each week.
You will be given information on food groups and advice on how to implement and make healthier choices/options.
Commit
This stage is the “action part”, or the “doing stage”, you will be actively starting to make healthier choices and making changes/identifying triggers to help sustain your new habits.
Continued Support
After a set period, you will be given the option for further continued support and check in’s. This stage is vital for rehabilitation and maintaining your healthier habits over longer term periods.
Scheduled appointments will be diarised to help incentivise you to help keep you supported and motivated over a long term period.
Please Note:
The food conscious program is based on your current foods you eat, you will be given advice and nutritional guidance on a variety of foods and food groups to help influence your future choices. These will be based on your goals or objectives which you state in your consultation. This is not a diet program, although weight management can be a result if that is a goal.
This program is based on actual real food, you will be asked to eat/drink regularly and is not restrictive. It is not a shake based or any other food supplement substitution. We are talking about food choices for health, restoration and prevention.
Quite simply, it’s real food, real you in real situations.
